When logged into your Back Office Select the FUNDS section at the top of the page:

You can create a new Fund/Category by clicking the ADD CATEGORY button:

Fill out the required fields:

  • If the Fund is Tax Deductible please make sure to check the box to ensure that those who donate to that fund will have those transactions appear on their Year End Giving Statement. 
  • The From and To Date are NOT required fields but can be used if a category will only be running for a certain time frame, once the TO DATE passes the category will not appear during the donation process.
  • The Category Number field is to be used if you use another management software that runs off of envelope or category numbers numbers for ease of use when importing the reports. 


Once you Save the category you can rearrange the order in which the categories appear by clicking the three lines to the left of the category name and dragging and dropping them into the order of your choice.


You can also edit the Fund/Category at any time by clicking the green pencil under the Action section:
