Distribution Lists can be used to group contacts into separate groups by type/category/demographic. This allows you to send specific messages to people based on group.
1. Hover over MANAGE and click CONTACT DATABASE
2. Click CREATE
Once the Customization boxes pops up fill out accordingly and click SAVE:
