If you are missing a transaction on our reports, you can sync our reports with the payment gateway in an attempt to pull the payment information into our system. Follow these directions:


  1. Login to your back office page, I recommend making note of the number of transactions at the bottom-right of the dashboard (This is located at the bottom-right of the transactions table, you should see something along the lines of "View 1 - 10 of 132", the last number is the total number of transactions on our reports).
  2. Highlight the "Manage Donation" option on the menu bar, select "Sync Transactions" when the dropdown menu appears.
  3. Select your Payment Gateway once the page loads (NAB = Velocity, Authorize.net = Authorize, EVO = Encore).
  4. Enter a date that is at least 2 business days prior to the transaction on your bank statement in the "From Date" box.
  5. Enter a date that is equal to or less than 30 days after the from date in Step 4 in the "To Date" box.
  6. Click the "Sync" button and wait for our servers to ping your payment gateway.
  7. If you wrote down the number of transactions in Step 1, go back to the dashboard and see if the number of transactions has increased.
