These instructions will walk you through the steps to setup a GK420D USB Printer that can be used with a regular computer:


  1. Plug the Zebra printer into the computer, you may need to install drivers for the printer if they are not downloaded automatically.
  2. We recommend using Firefox, some of the other browsers do not print correctly.
  3. Add the Menu Bar to the top of the screen:
    1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top-right of the Firefox browser.
    2. Select the "Customize' option at the bottom of the menu that appears.
    3. At the bottom of the Customize screen, click on "Show/Hide Toolbars" and ensure the "Menu Bar" option is selected, then click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top-right again.
  4. Change the browser print settings:
    1. At the top-left of the browser, click on "File" then "Page Setup".
    2. Select "Margins & Header/Footer" at the top of the Page Setup box.
    3. Change all of the "Margins" to 0.5 and all of the "Headers & Footers" to --blank--.
  5. Open the online giving page and test the print functionality, please note that print dialog boxes will open that require you to select "OK" to send the job to the printer.
