Directions to refund through the Velocity Portal 


Make sure you know the last 4 of the CC of the cardholder, as the portal only goes by the last 4 of the card number, no names.


  1. Log into the Velocity Portal.
  2. Go to your Virtual Office
  3. Select View Transactions
  4. At Designated Terminal choose MOTO (online & recurring donations) or Retail (kiosk giving)
  5. Choose Date Range and Click Process
  6. Find the Donation, Click on the Transaction ID
  7. Click Return
  8. The amount pops up
  9. If the amount is correct to refund, click ok (or change the amount)
  10. It will then process the refund


You will want to delete it from our Transaction History Report as well for bookkeeping purposes.
